Gronk: Artist in Residence
March 15th, 2011 - April 12th, 2011About the Exhibit:
Los Angeles based painter, printmaker, muralist and performance artist Gronk is internationally recognized for his work. This Chicano artist is best known for his “La Tormenta†series as well as many other subjects involving history and global issues. The exhibition will be accompanied by an artist lecture and a series of demonstrations as part of the distinguished Fullerton College Artist in Residence program.
Opening Reception: Monday, March 21 from 5pm - 7pm
Art Gallery Lecture: Tuesday, March 22 from 7pm - 9pm
Artist in Residence Week: Monday, March 21 – Thursday, March 24
Wilshire Auditorium Demos scheduled for: March 21, 22, 23, 24 from 9am -11:30 am and March 22 from 1-4pm.
