About the Exhibit:

This contemporary group show presents artists who explore and question the current role of being a woman in the twenty-first century. Artist submissions will fall in, or overlap within, the following categories: (a) woman within the domestic environment (traditional roles v. non-trad roles in the home), (b) women in the outside world (women’s roles as leaders in society: corporate, political, scientific worlds, etc.), and (c) woman as a spiritual conduit (woman as a symbol of earth, mother nature, reproduction, nurturing, relationships between women).
